• You have the necessary rights or permissions to upload or transform any prompts, reference images, audio, or other media you submit
• The following content is strictly prohibited:
  • NSFW, adult, or pornographic content
  • Content that infringes copyright or intellectual property rights
  • Violent, graphic, hateful, or discriminatory content
  • Deepfakes or misleading content intended to deceive
• We reserve the right to refuse processing of any content that violates these Terms
• You are solely responsible for the content you generate and how you use it

4. AI Video Generation and Storage

• Generated media (including videos, thumbnails, and stills) are created by AI models and may produce unexpected or imperfect results
• User content is processed transiently to fulfill your request; we do not retain prompts or uploads beyond what is necessary to deliver results
• You retain all rights to the media you generate, subject to applicable law
• While we implement reasonable safeguards, we cannot guarantee absolute security during transmission or processing

5. Service Usage Restrictions

You must be at least 13 years old to use the services. You agree not to:

• Use the services for any illegal purpose
• Interfere with or attempt to breach security or integrity of the services
• Access the services via automated means without permission
• Resell, sublicense, or otherwise misuse the services

6. Data Privacy
