Our policy on refunds for video credit purchases and subscriptions

Introduction

Thank you for choosing Sora 2 Video. We work hard to deliver a reliable AI video creation workflow. If a purchase doesn’t meet your expectations, please review the refund guidelines below.

Refund Request Period

  • Refund requests must be submitted within 72 hours of the purchase date.
  • Requests made after this window are not eligible for a refund.

Eligibility Conditions

To qualify for a refund:

  • Your account must have generated fewer than three (3) AI videos after the purchase.
  • At least 80% of the purchased video credits must remain unused (credits are consumed at 100 points per video).
  • The request must be submitted by the original purchaser to [email protected] with the account email, order ID, and a brief explanation of the issue.

Non‑Refundable Circumstances

Refunds are not provided for:

  • Requests sent more than 7 days after purchase.
  • Accounts that have generated three or more AI videos, or consumed over 80% of the purchased credits.
  • Usage that violates our Terms of Service.
  • Free trials, promotional packages, bonus credits, or lifetime plans.
  • Downtime caused by third-party providers (e.g., upstream model outages) outside of our control once rendering has begun.

Refund Processing

  • Eligible refund requests will be reviewed within 3 business days.
  • Approved refunds are returned to the original payment method and currency.
  • Refund decisions are at the sole discretion of Sora 2 Video after assessing usage logs.
  • Refunds typically appear within 5–10 business days depending on your payment provider.

Partial Refunds

In specific cases (for example, partial service outages or rendering failures impacting your order), we may issue a partial refund or restore credits at our discretion after reviewing the request and system logs.

Subscription Cancellation

You can cancel your subscription at any time from the billing settings. Access will remain active until the current billing period ends. We do not prorate or refund unused time in a billing cycle, but future renewals will not be charged.
